Shipping Policy
We deliver our products to residential addresses, commercial offices, and job sites across Australia using a mix of Australia Post and professional couriers.
1. Shipping Rates

2. Delivery Terms
- Authority to Leave (ATL): All orders are sent with an automatic "Authority to Leave." Packages will be left in a safe place at the provided delivery address if no one is available to receive them.
- No PO Boxes: We require a physical street address for all deliveries. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
- Job Sites: We deliver directly to sites. Please ensure the delivery area is accessible for courier drivers.
3. Dispatch & Lead Times
- Order Processing: Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Standard Transit: 3–7 business days.
- Express Transit: 1–3 business days (Metro areas).
- Note: Delivery to regional WA, NT, and North QLD may take longer.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information to follow the delivery progress.
