The 5/16" hex flange head provides a large bearing surface, spreading the load and creating a tight seal under the washer. What sets these screws apart is the Shankguard design and Class 4 galvanised coating. The Shankguard reduces the risk of stripping the thread during installation, and the Class 4 galvanising provides superior corrosion resistance, making them ideal for coastal and harsh environments. You get a full box of 1000 screws, so you're set for even the biggest jobs. The drive type is a standard 5/16" Hex Socket (Nutsetter). Each screw is 45mm in length with approximately 11 threads per inch.
