This 500 pack of 14g x 50mm T17 Hex Flange Roofing Screws from Hardware Depot provides reliable fixing for your roofing projects. Each screw is manufactured from hardened steel and features a Type 17 slash point for fast, self-drilling penetration, minimising the risk of material damage and speeding up installation. The 3/8" hex flange head provides a large bearing surface for secure clamping and prevents pull-through, ensuring a weather-tight seal.
The screw is further enhanced with a Shankguard design, reducing the risk of over-driving and stripping. Finished with a Galvanised Class 4 coating, these screws offer superior corrosion resistance against the harsh Aussie climate. With approximately 10 threads per inch, these screws provide excellent holding power. Designed for external use, these are ideally suited for your roofing needs. Ideal for use with a 3/8" nutsetter.
When installing, use a torque-limiting drill or nutsetter to avoid over-tightening. A snug fit is all you need for a secure and weatherproof seal. Over-tightening can damage the screw and the roofing material.
